A good friend presented this book to me and several friends on Sunday. It’s not my normal “read for fun” type of book. However, I’ve been making decisions all week according to one of the principles Sean mentioned to our small group. Basically, the author explains that for every significant personal and professional decision that he makes, he considers the following five F’s (important facets of Life)

•Fitness
•Finance
This process has been very enlightening so I’m probably going to take the time to read the whole book for myself!
