A mindful yoga practice, Sweet Flow brings attention to connecting breath and movement. The class is an active hour of yoga that incorporates sun salutations, standing poses, hip-openers, seated poses, twists, and back bends – ending with a few luscious minutes in Savasana (final resting pose). Bring a friend, your yoga mat, some water, and any additional items you may need (such as a blanket, towel, or sunscreen). All levels welcome. Look for us on the path that leads to the baseball fields.
