Perimeter Mall is getting a facelift just as the Central Perimeter area is set to welcome major corporations including Mercedes-Benz and State Farm.
Mall owner General Growth Properties Inc. (NYSE: GGP) this week plans to embark on phase one of a multi-million-dollar renovation at the circa-1971 property.
Initial work, which should be complete by the holiday season, will focus on improving the interior of Perimeter Mall in the wing that includes Nordstrom and Von Maur department stores.
