Christmas Eve Services
(Dress comfortably in Christmas casual!)

One of the great traditions of Dunwoody is the Christmas Eve services at Dunwoody UMC.  Each year thousands come to sing the carols of Christmas and hear the ancient story of God coming to our world in the Babe born in Bethlehem.  You are invited to join us this year and invite your friends and neighbors to attend.  At all of the services, except the Lessons and Carols at 9:00 PM, Dr. Stephens will be preaching on “If I Had Only Known”.

Family Services at 4 PM and 5:30 PM
The Children’s Choirs will be featured.

Holy Communion at 7:00 PM
The Bell Choir and Youth Choir will be featured.

Lessons and Carols at 9 PM
The Chancel Choir will be featured.

Holy Communion at 11 PM
The Chancel Choir will be featured.

Nursery will be available for all but the 11 PM service.

Christmas Day Service
On 12/25 we will have one morning service at 10:30 AM
Nursery will be available.

Dec 15, 5:30pm Children’s Christmas Caroling Participate in spreading the joy of Christmas throughout Brookhaven, as our church and preschool families go door-to-door, spreading Christmas cheer to our neighbors and our community.

Dec 18, 11 am Cantata, The Christmas Light Come worship with us as our adult, children’s, and bell choirs help us to sing in the season. Arranged by Patrick M. Liebergen, this presentation includes masterwork choruses by Mendelssohn, Mozart, and Schubert, as well as Christmas carols by Gruber and Handel.

Dec 24, 5 pm Christmas Eve Worship Bring everyone to this family friendly cherished Christmas tradition of carols, candlelight, and communion. Worship & celebrate the birth of Christ, remembering the true reason for the season.

Dec 25, 11 pm Acoustic Christmas Tired of “Christmas as usual”? Celebrate the birth of Christ with relaxed music. Come and hear your favorite Christmas songs in a new way. It’s a perfect, mellow way to round out the Christmas season.
