Peter Kouloumberis of Gyro Gyro contacted me and asked me to come try out his restaurant. I posted a little something about Gyro Gyro before deciding to try it and received several wonderful comments about Peter, the restaurant and the delicious food. I grabbed my boys and our friends the La Kiers after a Peachtree Middle Baseball game two weeks ago and headed to Gyro Gyro! My husband was out of town so he missed our initial visit, but 7 of us (including 2 picky eaters) tried it and all 7 of us loved our dinners! The pita was fresh and YUMMY…the sauces were delicious….the greek salad was fabulous….even the chicken fingers and fries for those in our group unwilling to “go Greek” was great!
Peter is so excited that we enjoyed our visit and now he wants to do a giveaway for a lucky Aha! Subscriber! Gyro Gyro has great lunch deals everyday (Monday through Saturday). The restaurant is perfect for take-out, also has a nice outdoor patio, and great selection of wraps— not just Greek pita wraps but a bunch of super tasty wraps i.e. Mahi wrap, BBQ wrap, Southern Fried Chicken wrap, huge salads.
