Administrative Assistant

• Draft correspondence and legal documents
• Schedule appointments
• Greet and assist onsite guests
• Answer inbound telephone calls
• Email correspondence and telephone calls to obtain necessary information
• Input to software to produce bankruptcy petitions
• Use Trustee specific software to track bankruptcy cases
• Perform all other office tasks including banking functions
• Previous experience in a law office or related field
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Strong organizational skills
