An Aha! Style Moment: Revolutionary New Nail Polish + 2 Sets to Give Away!

Written by The Aha! Connection Style Editor for The Aha! Connection

I love Fall and all things pumpkin (coffee, bread, soup, candles, soap)!!!!!!  And oh, how I love a fresh manicure……but it makes me so sad when it chips in a couple of days.  As we have discussed before, SNS is a great option for lasting color…. but there are a few pitfalls.  It is hard on your nails, must be professionally applied and taken off, and is a bit pricey.

I have recently learned of an exciting nail polish product that it is making its mark on the nail industry.  In 1988, Fa Park, Founder and CEO of Color Street saw a woman trying to paint her nails in a taxi, and the journey to creating a “mess-free, easy-to-apply nail polish strip with no dry time” was underway.  FYI, the strips are made in the Good Ole USA.

I have recently tested this product and have been pleased with the results.  Once you get the hang of it, you can have salon quality nails in about 10 minutes.  The color and pattern options are really current, no dry time, chip resistant up to 10 days and comes off easily with regular polish remover.

I tried several different colors and patterns on my nails for you to see.  I also bought a few sets for fall that I am excited to try.  I hear that the fan faves are Swiss and Tell, which is a pretty white that is very popular right now.  Upper East Side is a nice fall greige (think You Don’t Know Jacques).  I am going to be trying Soho-ver It from the glitter collection next, and then on the first crisp Fall day I am headed for Plaid Reputation, from the pattern collection.

I feel like the pricing is pretty good.  Solids -$11, Glitters – $12, Patterns – $13. Each package has 16 strips (they give you a few different sizes and a few to go oops) that can be easily fitted to all nail sizes.  After you get the hang of it, you can use one strip for two nails or use the excess on your toes.  By the way they also have special toenail strips and petite strips for the kiddos.

Ready, Set, Go Get Your Nails Done!

  1. I have struggled with my nails for years because of my hypothyroidism. I would love to try these new polishes out on my nails to see if they will help.

  2. I would love to give this to my daughter as a treat for the craziness she is enduring as a HS Senior. Chelsea Ya Later looks like her, but would be glad to have either.
