Audra’s Fitness Blog – Entry #3

 
No, this is not me but I love the BOSU ball and aspire to look like this fit chick!

  I could barely raise my arms to wash my hair this morning but believe it or not I still like Jose.  Beth and I have been working out at UFC Gym twice per week for about 6 weeks now.  We initially signed up for 3 months but I don’t think we’ll stop then.   We chatted Wednesday about how our clothes are fitting better and our energy levels are higher. 

I traveled to San Diego with my husband this weekend and we walked and biked all over the city for two full days!  I never would have been able to keep up the pace with my hubby had I not been working in the gym with Jose & Beth these past few weeks.   I’m actually the one who suggested getting on the bikes in the first place!

Eric Williams, the Owner of UFC Gym, chose the perfect trainer for us.  I can’t emphasize enough how lucky Beth and I feel to have been partnered with Jose.  He really listens to our fitness goals and creates a rigorous yet fun routine for us each day.  Plus, he switches things up so we never do the same routine twice.   He makes sure we are fully warmed up before we begin and goes through a very purposeful stretch routine at the end of every workout.  I’m sore all the time lately but it is a good soreness…I was so afraid I’d hurt myself during this process but I actually feel GREAT!
