Break-in to Strength: Summer Strength Camp for High School Athletes

Calling all youth high school athletes! We are excited to announce the launch of our Break-in to Strength Summer Camp.

What is it? It’s a youth athlete strength and movement program to improve athletic performance for high school athletes. This camp consists of functionally sound movement and strength training with focus on basic and proper lifting techniques. The athlete will learn the fundamentals of functional fitness that can be translated into all types of sports.
In this one week camp, your athlete will be taught proper form, optimal performance points, and establish a working threshold to optimize peak athletic development. Additional discussion will include the importance of movement, sleep, proper diet, and managing stress for optimal long-term health.
We will begin each week with initial baseline strength testing, a measurement of skeletal muscle mass, and a performance assessment of the movements to be studied. All metrics and assessments will be re-tested at the end of the week to establish goals that the athlete can work towards over the summer. Following camp, each athlete can choose to continue a personalized plan that builds upon their progress by subscribing to our online fitness coaching platform.
