Brookhaven’s ‘Sexually Oriented Business’ Case Reaches Supreme Court

The Supreme Court of Georgia will hear arguments Tuesday morning on whether it’s constitutional for the city of Brookhaven to crack down on a store that sells “sexual devices.” The case could affect similar businesses.  Stardust, on Buford Highway, calls itself a tobacco shop that also sells sex-related accessories.  Continue reading at WABE.
