PLYOMETRIC TRAINING CAMP
This camp is designed to help build muscle power through various exercises that use speed and force of different movements. Plyometric training can improve you physical performance and ability to do many different sports and activities. Athletes often use plyometrics as part of their training but anyone can do these exercises to improve overall physical function.

WHEN: June 27 – 30, 2022
WHO: Ages 7-14 (10am – 12pm) & Ages 15-18 & Adult (1pm – 3pm)
COST: $199 per athlete

SUMMER FOOTBALL TRAINING CAMP
This is a personalized training camp for all ages that creates a foundation for all fundamental skills that are needed to thrive within the game of football.

WHEN: July 11-14, 2022
WHO: Ages 7-14 (10am – 12pm) & Ages 15-18 & Adult (1pm – 3pm)
COST: $199 per athlete
