A year has gone by after a major renovation to our downstairs living area and bathroom remodels. Craig was great to work with and was responsive to all concerns. I would use him again without hesitation and recommend him to friends and family.
Craig did a major renovation for us when we recently purchased a condo. He and his team did a great job for us and we are totally satisfied with the final result. Craig was a pleasure to work with and every problem that inevitably cropped up was handled by Craig and team efficiently and successfully. Work was completed on schedule and with no hidden or unexpected costs. Would highly recommend Craig for any remodeling work that is needed.

We hired Craig Passow to renovate our basement, as well as to do some work in other parts of the house. The contractors Craig brought to our project were the best we've ever worked with...he picks good people that know how to work with homeowners. At times when we brought up an issue, Craig was quick to make it right and never defended work that didn't make us happy. Craig was honest, fair, and very flexible when we wanted to add scope to the project. Craig remodeled our basement, which was a complete redo with a bathroom addition. The space turned out much better than we imagined, and he had great ideas along the way. He's trustworthy, patient and accountable. When anything went slightly wrong (as with any project) Craig was quick to respond and make it right. We will certainly hire him again on our next project and love the space he added for our family.
Craig Passow did a wonderful job reconfiguring and remodeling our master bath and master closet. He kept us informed on delays and changes and his team was very professional. We are thrilled with the results!
Craig remodeled our kitchen and dining room area, including removing a wall and installing a flush steel beam to support the opening. We also had all the first floor hardwoods refinished, and had all interior walls painted, except the bedrooms, including a two story foyer and upstairs hall. As with many remodel jobs, ours 'expanded' as we went, and Craig was accommodating and reasonable with pricing. The majority of his subs were excellent and did great work. Craig is a good communicator, highly professional, and trustworthy. I would highly recommend Craig for your next remodeling job!
We hired Craig to do our master bath. His crew did a great job. As with any construction project, hiccups happen, and Craig was professional, understanding and courteous and made everything right. We love our bathroom. He did a great job!!!
I hired Craig to install a metal roof over my front porch and back deck. He did a teriffic job. Once the job started, we both realized that the job was going to be a bit more complicated than our original thoughts and we worked through the changes that needed to be made and, like puzzle pieces, the new construction matched our existing structure perfectly. Once the job started, and while I liked the manner in which Craig handled himself when we designed the project, I realized that I was also dealing with a contractor with very high integrity and pride in the work of all of his contractors. We had changes along the way and the pricing of the changes was very reasonable and we agreed to all in a matter of minutes. One other thing that is of high importance when you are living in a house being worked on- the subcontractors cleaned up after themselves exceptionally well at the end of each days work. If you have a remodeling job in mind, hire Craig! He is honest and fair. He always does a wonderful job especially with the tiny details that make such a big difference. Craig is flexible with the adjustments I request. We work so well together because of his amazing attitude and work ethic. He did a wonderful job for me on the first project (adding a room, front porch, flagstone patio and a deck) that I called him back two more times for other areas of my house (complete kitchen remodel to open my floor plan). He just completed project #3 (lanai) to my complete satisfaction.
Craig was very attentive to our plans and was easy to work with. We changed a few things as the project went along and he was able to accommodate with no problems. Most importantly was being able to trust him since he has a local established work history.

Craig just recently replaced our deck and a lot of new fencing around our property. He was very fair with his pricing and did a great job with all of the work. He kept a constant line of communication open throughout the project and really focused on making sure we were well informed and satisfied all along. Craig Passow and crew did a remodel of our master bathroom converting it to handicapped accessible with roll in shower. The did a Wonderful job. he pays attention to detail and is there for you at all times. I would recommend Craig to family and friends for ANY remodeling job.
Craig Passow has done multiple projects for us over the years: kitchen remodel, 2 bathroom remodels, and finished our basement. Craig recently completed a new bathroom addition in our home. It was a challenging space located in the bonus room over the garage. We hired Craig Passow to do a major remodel of our home. We doubled the size of the initial footprint of our home adding 10 feet to the side of the house to make a handicap accessible bedroom, bath and living space for my mother. We opened up the interior footprint enlarging the kitchen to a big family room with new kitchen and islands. Remodeled both existing bathrooms with updated tile and cabinets. Also added a large dining area, half bath, two car garage and another bedroom above the garage. We had delays in permitting because of the city but Craig took everything in stride and kept things moving along. Everything looks beautiful and Craig and his team have done a great job. We have already recommended Craig to a friend who’s project starts in the next few months. We would hire Craig again if we have any other projects.
We hired Craig Passow to tear down our old deck and build a new one from scratch. We had met with a few deck companies previously and were floored by the outrageous quotes we received. I was lucky enough to find Craig through reviews like these and I am so grateful that I did. Craig was very professional, reasonably priced, and pleasant to work with from start to finish. Although it wasn't a huge project, we greatly appreciated the time he took to understand what we wanted and stay in communication through rain delays. We are so happy with our new deck and highly recommend Craig.

Craig did a major project for us - handled replacing our old deck with a lovely screened in porch and BBQ area. We had three different roof lines to tie in, so it was a challenge. It turned out beautifully! He also handled a half-bath and laundry room re-do. I would trust Craig with any remodel project and recommend him for any project you have in mind.

My wife and I hired Craig Passow to add a master suite (bedroom, bath, closet), remodel our entire updtairs - which included 2 bathrroms, add a front porch, update our downstairs den and kitchen.
