Don’t panic if you hear sirens today! The city installed sirens at both Brook Run and Dunwoody park to alert citizens of imminent severe and dangerous weather. Testing is supposed to take place today between 10 AM and Noon.
The sirens will alert us if there is an immediate threat of:
- tornadoes
- thunderstorms with high winds (70 MPH+)
- golf ball sized hail or larger
