We are making foodies’ dreams come true as the 12th Annual Taste of Chamblee returns to downtown Chamblee. There’s no better way to spend a warm October day than feasting on a spectacular smorgasbord of fare, enjoying a crisp brew and cheering on your favorite college football team. You can do all that and more on October 5, 2019, from 4:00 – 8:00 pm. This year’s cuisines will range from Indian to Middle Eastern to Mexican and deep fried Southern and all will celebrate the diverse restaurant community in Chamblee. In addition to the amazing food, a family-friendly kid zone will entertain children of all ages.
This year’s Taste of Chamblee is hosted by the City of Chamblee. “This is the City of Chamblee’s signature event and showcases our rich and diverse culture. We couldn’t be prouder of who we are as a community, and this event brings together our various cultures through food,” said City Manager Jon Walker.
Admission to the event is free, but featuring for a second year: wristbands, which cost $16.99 and are pre-loaded with 15 Taste Points. Taste Points may be redeemed at participating restaurant booths for a wide selection of tastings that range from 1 – 5 points per sample.
