Heritage Sandy Springs is thrilled to continue The American Girl and Boy Club, a unique program where children can explore local,  Georgia, and American history through the eyes of the beloved American Girl Dolls. Best suited for children ages 5 to 12, this interactive program includes a hands- on activity, craft, and snack. Each program is held on the second to last Saturday of each month, from 10:00 am- 11:30 am, through November. Register at heritagesandysprings.org$10 per child when you register online, $15 at the door. The American Girl and Boy Club will take place at the Williams- Payne House at Heritage Sandy Springs, 6075 Sandy Springs Cir., Sandy Springs, GA 30328.

Steadfast and brave, Kirsten Larson embarks on a long journey from Sweden with her family to start a new life in America. Kirsten overcomes hardships on the frontier while remaining kind, helpful, and even prone to daydreaming. Come discover what life was like for early Georgia settlers and pioneers like Kirsten by making your own hardtack, dipping your own candles, and more!
