Atlanta Greek Festival Returns in Traditional Outdoor Format  Four day festival featuring Greek food, music and more planned for Annunciaton Cathedral 

Atlanta, GA: Annunciation Greek Orthodox Cathedral invites locals and visitors to join them  for the decades-long tradition of the Atlanta Greek Festival, happening from September 19 –  22, 2024. The four day festival offers a packed entertainment schedule featuring high energy  dance and musical performances, a revamped menu, guided tours of the Cathedral, and  

multiple shopping areas featuring unique vendors. 

“The Atlanta Greek Festival is a celebration of Greek culture, food, music, faith and  community,” said Festival chairman Michael Lambros, Jr. “From delicious Greek food to  electrifying music and dance performances to discovering rare finds in our shopping areas,  the Festival truly offers something for everyone.”  

Key Details: 

  • Admission is $5.00 per ticket online in advance and $6.00 at the door. Kids under 12 are  free. Visit www.atlantagreekfestival.org to purchase tickets and find special promotions and  deals. 
  • Thursday, September 19 is “Charity Night” and all proceeds will be donated to charity  partners Andee’s Army, Georgia Center for Child Advocacy and The Warrior Alliance.  Brand new entertainment features include Greek band ONEIRO and international DJ LAKI  along with the return of the Annunciation Cathedral dance group.  
  • The menu will include traditional Greek favorites along with reimagined classics that are  brand new this year, like the festival sundae that combines loukomades (Greek donuts) ice  cream, baklava, and specialty toppings. 
  • Guests 21 and older are invited to visit “Taverna Hellas”, the stageside cocktail lounge, to  try the Ouzo Lemonade, Blue Aegean and Zorbarita, along with Greek beer and wine.

The Atlanta Greek Festival is a four day event hosted by the Annunciation Greek Orthodox  Cathedral. The festival is open to the public and features Greek food, music, dancing, church  tours and shopping.
