BROOKHAVEN, GA —will host its annual Patio Party on Thursday, April 18 from 7-10pm. Each year, the restaurant celebrates the start of warm weather and the seasonal opening of their outdoor patio. During the event, HAVEN’s Executive Chef Joe Macy will grill seasonal bites outdoors on the Big Green Egg, paired with beer and wine.
At $35 per person, the stand-up cocktail affair is open to the public with no reservations required. Items from the Big Green Egg will grilled scallops and shrimp with herb butter; BBQ pork sliders with coleslaw; grilled marinated quail; smoked chicken wings with ramp ranch; and a selection of grilled sausages with whole grain mustard. Side dishes such as fingerling potato salad; spring field pea salad; chilled asparagus with accoutrements and more will be presented buffet-style. Food along with a selection of beer and wine is included, with cocktails available for separate purchase.
HAVEN’s live music series is also every Thursday night with a performance by Gross, Hill & Callahan. For those who wish to stay for dinner after the party, reservations can be made for a table inside the restaurant where the regular menu will be served.
