How to Make an Impact with Your Employer Brand!
November 7, 2018
11:30 AM – 1:00 PM EST
Event Description:

The Dunwoody Perimeter Chamber, in collaboration with the Atlanta Journal-Constitution & Monster, presents a Lunch & Learn session on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, at 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the AJC Headquarters!

The session will be led by Monster.com’s Partner Relationship Manager, Mia Hayes. Hayes has been a recruitment and technology professional at Monster.com for over 17 years.  Mia started at Monster in 2000 and has held a myriad of various positions. First starting as a customer service representative where she learned patience, how to work with customers and problem solve.  From there, Mia moved into Human Resources where she recruited for various groups and roles within Monster.  Mia then finally found her passion for selling, first as an inside telesales rep and then quickly moving to outside sales rep managing national accounts. She then found herself intrigued by Advertising Operations where she managed both the recruitment and consumer Ad Ops teams for a number of years.  Finally (and to date), Mia is in her dream role as Partner Relationship Manager.  This role brings all her experience and knowledge together in one job – it is the complete package of all the roles Mia has worked in.  This self-proclaimed “Monster nerd” is now able to take all the knowledge she has learned throughout the years and work with the best newspaper partners and their customers across the country.  Mia enjoys partnering, working and strategizing with all of her newspaper partners. Together Mia and her partner work together and with customers to put together a solution that will achieve their recruitment goals and help improve their recruiting process and ensure they see the best return on their investment.

During the event, attendees will enjoy a delicious lunch catered by Taziki’s Mediterranean Cafe, while receiving insider tips on how to really leverage their employers’ brand. The session will address topics including:

  • What is Employer Branding?
  • The Value of Your Employer Brand
  • Get to Know Your Audience
