This is a NEW Yoga class offering at Stage Door Theater. Start your day with me as we breathe, balance and flow!
The first class will be Thursday, March 16th at 7:30AM.
This will be a one hour Hatha Basics class suitable for all levels, including beginners.
The cost is $12 per person – Venmo or Cash
