Every Saturday at 10am, let’s take time to connect with nature and recharge energy through Body & Brain Tai Chi.
In Body & Brain, we practice Tae Geuk, modernized as “Dahn Mu Do,” a self-healing form of martial arts, designed to help strengthen your body, calm and center your mind and revitalize your spirit. Drawing upon the wisdom of ancient mind-body practices, Dahn Mu Do is gentle enough for any beginner, yet powerful enough to challenge even the highest level of athlete. Dahn Mu Do literally means “the way to limitless energy.”
Through our Tai Chi program, you will loosen your joints and improve circulation. Furthermore, you will balance your Yin and Yang energies, accumulate qi energy, and experience free-flowing energy. You will feel your stress released, more relaxed, more peaceful, and physically warmer and lighter.
Join our outdoor class to refresh your Qi!
We will still hold the class (under the pavilion) if it rains. If weather is inclement for outside conditions altogether, we will cancel the class and you are eligible to take the next class.
