This March, you can help raise awareness and funds for food insecurity as part of the Atlanta Community Food Bank’s annual Hunger Walk Run. A community tradition since 1984, the Hunger Walk Run is one of the oldest walk-for-a-cause events in the Atlanta area. Sponsored by the Arby’s Foundation and the Sysco Family, this year’s event is virtual, so runners and walkers can simply register online and show up at the starting line of their choice – whether it’s a treadmill or a neighborhood street. The official fun run/walk is set for Sunday, March 7th, but registered participants are open to running or walking when convenient to them.
