Selfishly I’m starting with Lawn/Weed care companies. I do not like the one I was using last year. We put in new sod (quite the $ investment) in the fall and now weeds are creeping through so I MUST find the best company to help me with this on an ongoing basis. For years we used zero pesticides for weeds but our downhill sloped yard started washing away because our grass was overgrown with weird weeds and became more mud/weeds than grass. Help! Kirk and I are hoping someone who has helped cultivate a neighbor’s thick grassy weed free lawn would be a good choice!

Just wanted to let you know we have the same issue after having Zoysia sod installed by Atlanta Sod at the end of September. So many weeds took over in December and continue! We are concerned about our lawn investment!
Prestige is our chemical company for many years, and we have been ok with them. Everyone tells us you cannot treat the new sod the first year to kill the weeds.
