Unlock the secrets of pastry perfection at Distillery of Modern Art on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. Acclaimed pastry chef Jocelyn Dubuke-Gragg, the innovator behind JARDí Chocolates, will demonstrate the art of creating a hazelnut financier with dark chocolate and orange— a delightful combination leaving taste buds craving more. Each ticket to the experience includes a specialty cocktail made with Distillery of Modern Art’s house-made spirits along with the timeless French cake, and a wealth of tips and tricks to help participants unlock their inner pastry chef.
