Mom Becomes an Author!

Growing up, one of the first things we introduce our children to are books. But, it’s always another author’s words. What if it could be your own?

Atlanta-based, Puerto Rican communications professional Adacelis (Ada) Pérez (aka “Mom”) recently became a self-published author on September 16 when her first book titled, “Anxious Mom, Anxious Child: A Mother’s Journey from Anxiety to Serenity,” was released online via Amazon and Kindle. In this book, Ada writes about her journey to push past her limitations with anxiety to embrace who she was meant to be.

Today, Ada reads excerpts from her book to her son. And, since he was there when she wrote it, he sees the results when we place no limitations to what we can dream and achieve! Anyone can be an author if they have a story to share. Ada now serves as a life strategist and book coach for other women who are interested in self-publishing a book and may need guidance along their discovery and writing journey.
