Penne with Tuna and Capers and more!

This is so refreshing for summer with the lemony sauce and so light too.
I make the pasta and put out the rest in bowls and my kids pick and choose what else they want to add:

12 oz penne pasta (I use Barilla Plus for more protein)
2 cloves minced garlic
zest and juice of 2 lemons
1/4 cup drained capers
1 15 oz can cannellini beans
1 cuo cooked edamame
1 6 oz can drained albacore tuna
1 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
crumbled feta to garnish

Make a sauce out of the lemon, garlic and olive oil. Arrange the rest of the pasta as you would like. Enjoy.
