The Dunwoody Nature Center features 22 acres and three distinct habitats that allow campers to explore nature as it was meant to be. By combining play and learning through themed activities, children are able to grow and develop at their own pace, connect with nature, and better understand their place in the natural world.
We love birds! Presidents’ Day camp will be focused on the songbirds of Georgia. Campers will learn to identify some common songbirds that visit our feeders, as well as some of their songs. We will hike the trails in search of our feathered friends as well as playing outdoor games and making a craft.
