Kristin’s Sausage balls

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of Bisquick
  • 3 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb sausage (I usually use sage)

Preparation:

Ingredients:

  • 2 jars Old English cheddar cheese
  • 1 lb sausage (cooked and drained)
  • 1 Tbls butter/marg
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Dash of hot sauce 
  • 1 pkg English muffins cut in half

K. Ron is originally from Augusta, GA and below is her version of the famous Green Jacket Salad from her home town.   You can find many versions online but hers in particular is delicious!

Ingredients:

  • Bag of garden blend lettuce
  • 2 Roma Tomatoes diced
  • Spring Onions diced (use white and green parts)
  • Stacey’s Pita chips (crumbled)
  • Garlic Powder to taste
  • Italian Seasoning to taste
  • Oregano to taste
  • Salt and Pepper to taste
  • Lowrey’s seasoned salt to taste
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar and 1/4 cup vegetable oil for dressing

  • 4 plum tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons of finely diced red onion
  • 2 garlic cloves (I use three or four)
  • 4oz pkg crumbled feta cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley 
  • 3 tablespoons of red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Half teaspoon dried oregano 
  • half teaspoon salt
