Position Summary: The primary purpose of this position is to provide prompt and courteous service to customers, while accurately and efficiently processing all sales.
Answer store telephone calls and pages quickly and with excellent phone etiquette.
Assist supervisors in controlling customer flow and backed up lines; help to reduce waiting time for customers.
Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state and local regulatory rules and regulations, health and sanitation, and adhere to safe work practices.
Follow established procedures to report errors in retail pricing or signage.
Follow proper procedures for customer check out, handling of tenders, sales of alcoholic beverages, and use of UPCs.
Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized working and shopping environment by changing tapes and ribbon as needed, sweeping floors, and completing front-end checklists/logs.
Operate and sanitize all equipment in a safe and proper manner.
Provide excellent customer service and address needs of customers in a timely and effective manner. Surprise and delight the customers with excellent customer service.
Support store and company programs.

Buckhead Hours of Operation: Monday – Saturday: 8am to 11:45pm and Sunday: 12:30pm to 10pm
Doraville Hours of Operation: Monday – Saturday: 9am to 11:45pm and Sunday: 12:30pm to 10pm
Basic math skills
Must be 18 years or older
Must have a High School Diploma or GED, or higher
Beer, wine and/or liquor sales and service experience
Previous Cashier or Customer Service experience preferred
Health Insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) after 60 days of employment
Paid Personal time after 6 months
