St. Martin’s Episcopal School Celebrates 8th-grade Graduates with Car Parade

Brookhaven, GA – St. Martin’s Episcopal School (SMES) celebrated its 8th-grade graduating class with a heartwarming and high-energy car parade on Thursday, May 21 on its Brookhaven campus. St. Martin’s graduates and their families were greeted with live music, balloons, signs and cheering from many SMES faculty and staff members who applauded them along the parade route.

Each SMES graduate was announced over the PA system as their vehicle passed under a large balloon arch and before exiting campus, each received a gift bag containing a custom “Class of 2020” key chain made on the school’s laser printer, a SMES tumbler and more. A formal graduation ceremony is scheduled for July 30, 2020, where students will receive diplomas.

St. Martin’s Episcopal School was established in 1959 and offers education for more than 600 students in pre-school through eighth grade. St. Martin’s is dedicated to providing a quality education of the whole person in a loving, Christian atmosphere, which fosters lifelong learning.
