Will you write a note of encouragement to a DHS Teacher? Here’s how!

Calling all DHS Families!

Throughout the 2020-2021 school year, our students and teachers have worked together to strive for academic excellence. Recently, our teachers returned to the building and are now preparing their classrooms for face to face instruction. The PTSO would like our families to show their LOVE and APPRECIATION for our DHS Faculty through our PTSO March Project.

The goal of the PTSO March Project is for each teacher and paraprofessional to receive at least 2 personalized notes from current or past families thanking him/her for all he/she does in the classroom. Our hope is for each letter to include a heart-felt, specific message from a parent. Letters will be delivered to teachers on Wednesday, March 24th.

Instructions:
1. Please review our list of faculty members and sign up to write at least 2 teachers a note of appreciation.

  1. Notes should include specific details about how this teacher has made an impact on your child or encourage and thank him/her for his/her commitment to teaching.
  2. Please drop off your letters in the drop box inside the school’s lobby by Friday, March 19th. Letters may be dropped off between 8am and 3pm.
  3. Please forward this signup genius to other DHS families and encourage them to write letters too.
