I hesitate to make this the book of the week only because I’m not finished yet. However, I’m enjoying it immensely and wanted to share with you “HOW” I’m reading it…..
I spent 6 hours in the car on the way to a baseball tournament Sunday and several of those hours listened to this book via Audible. I like to read (not listen) before I turn in at night so Sunday night I picked up my Kindle and it automatically took me to the exact spot in the book where the Audible narrator left off. This feature that Audible and Kindle have created is AMAZING and I’ve used it for several books because sometimes I feel like listening and sometimes I feel like reading. I hope you enjoy this “tech tip”!
As far s the book goes…I’m only half way through but I love reading about these real life folks and am now anxious to go watch a rowing regatta! The author gets a bit detailed but I am finding it fascinating and am thoroughly enjoying the history and gaining a new admiration for an old sport!
