Looking for a Part Time Personal Assistant for Administrative Back-Office work.
* Tax prep (Inserting receipts into an accounting software, keeping record, etc)
* Sending handwritten postcards to clients
* Managing and upkeeping social media accounts (FB, Instagram, Google Business, Yelp, Linkedin)
* Small tasks, as needed.
NO PAST EXPERIENCE NEEDED
* Detail and Numbers Oriented
* Creative and Outside the Box Thinker
* Fluent in English (Hebrew or Spanish – advantage)
* Proficient in Social Media (past experience with page management and FB ads manager – advantage)
