This position is responsible for performing a range of administrative and operational support in a multi-functional role across internal departments.

Assisting with new vendor on-boarding paperwork
Creating labor estimates and billing invoices
Prepping, reviewing & tracking invoices for payment
Assist Operations Manager with state and federal compliance documents & procedures
Organizing files & filing of company documents

The Front Desk Receptionists are the ambassadors of Camp Run-A-Mutt, voted 2021’s “Best Dog Daycare/Lodger” in the Perimeter area and Best Doggy Daycare in Georgia!! We greet every pup and their owner when they enter the camp and we are the point of communication between the Camp and the owners.
The front desk receptionist responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Greet customers and their dogs upon arrival
Give tours to potential customers
Answer and properly address caller’s needs
Take reservations for boarding and grooming appointments
Make confirmation calls for boarding reservations
Communicate with vets to keep vaccination records up to date
Able to manage employees
Check employees out after shift
Maintain our records so that all vaccination, credit card, dog and customers information is current and accurate
Escort dogs to the play yard and announcing their arrival to yard staff
Prepare lunch/dinner/snacks for campers
Monitor supply levels (merchandise, cleaning, office)
Update camp vaccination records
Responsible for credit card and cash transactions
Dispense medications for dogs, when needed
Keep treat bowl filled
Maintain and organize “basket” system
Remind customers when their dogs vaccinations are due
Responsible for dogs being properly leashed in lobby
Check boarders in and out
Know and enforce all Camp rules to customers
Import new campers into system
Fill out Report Cards for Daycare and Boarding
Keep lunch list current
Know and preform all opening procedures before opening time
