promotion_DunkinDonutsTo kick off the new year, Dunkin’ Donuts, America’s all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, is making it easy for guests to help make a difference in their local Atlanta community, today announcing its fundraising program to help support Bert’s Big Adventure. Beginning January 25 and continuing through January 29, Atlanta-area Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants will be donating $1 for every 25-count or 50-count box of Munchkins® donut hole treats purchased to Bert’s Big Adventure, a nonprofit organization that provides a magical, all-expenses-paid, five-day journey to Walt Disney World for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families. Customers are invited to help Dunkin’ Donuts reach its goal of $15,000 by purchasing a 25 or 50-count box of Munchkins donut hole treats at one of its participating metro-Atlanta locations.
“Dunkin’ Donuts has a strong commitment to the greater Atlanta area and to the communities we are proud to keep running every day,” says Celia Cody, Field Marketing Manager, Dunkin’ Brands. “We’re proud to be working with Bert’s Big Adventure and invite everyone to help us support the yearly all-expense-paid vacation for children with chronic and terminal illnesses and their families.” Dunkin’ Donuts is America’s favorite all-day, everyday stop for coffee and baked goods, selling more than 1.8 billion cups of hot and iced coffee and espresso-based beverages, and approximately 2.8 billion donuts and Munchkins donut hole treats combined globally per year. Today, there are more than 11,500 Dunkin’ Donuts restaurants in 40 countries around the world.
