Many of you have been calling and sending me emails asking when we’ll open basketball registration. Well, the time is now! For our 7-14 year old teams we are part of the North Atlanta Church Youth Basketball League and these teams play other local North Atlanta churches (games will be at Kingswood UMC and other area churches/schools). For our 5-6 year old co-ed teams we play each other at Kingswood and 2 exhibition games with St. James UMC.
The season begins the week of November 8 and if you register before October 15 you will receive a discount. The deadline for registration is October 29. Teams may fill up before the registration deadline, so register early to secure your child’s place on the team!
November 6 we will have a Yoga Family Workshop. This class is free with a donation of canned goods to help stock our food pantry for the holidays!
Our second session of activities will begin the week of November 8 so if you’re interested in Art, yoga, indoor tennis, Kids Fit Fest, Cardio Tennis for adults, Weight Training for adults (weight training begins November 1)…please visit our website for more information.
