Bestselling Author Rachel Simmons Provides Tips & Tools on Pandemic Parenting

Rachel Simmons, author of New York Times bestsellers Odd Girl Out, The Curse of the Good Girl, and Enough As She Is: How to Help Girls Move Beyond Impossible Standards of Success to Live Healthy, Happy and Fulfilling Lives returns as a guest speaker in the series Leading Unapologetically hosted by Atlanta Girls’ School (AGS) https://atlantagirlsschool.org/. As a parenting expert and leadership coach, Simmons will lead a live, interactive talk that will teach parents practical tools to respond to stress- both theirs and their kids’- with emotional intelligence, composure, and compassion. Rachel will use a combination of research, storytelling, and concrete tools that parents can put to use immediately. The event is free and open to the public. The virtual speaker event will take place on Feb. 3 at 8 p.m. (EST).
