Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the financial operations of the church, including budgeting, accounting, and financial reporting.
• Manage payroll processing and benefits administration.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor and track membership records and reporting to our church conference.
• Collaborate with church leadership to develop long-term financial strategies aligned with our mission and values.
• Serve our community with a heart of gladness.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Proven experience in financial management, preferably in a non-profit or religious organization
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders
