Pools in the Community

Swim at Your Own Risk are those hours the pool is open and no lifeguard is present. There will be no access to the pool between the hours of closing and 7AM. The gate combination to the parking lot and swipe cards will be given out and/or activated within 3 business days after the Membership form,the Swim At Your Own Risk form, and the Covid-19 waiver have been signed and submitted.
	Swim At Your Own Risk Rules • One person per family must complete the Swim At Your Own Risk form and agree to the rules. • NO ONE MAY EVER SWIM ALONE. • Anyone swimming during Swim at Your Own Risk hours must be accompanied by someone 21 years or older. • No one under the age of 18 may use a swipe card. • The diving board is off limits. • No alcohol to be consumed by anyone under 21 years. • No smoking. • Do not let anyone into the pool who is not a member or your guest. • Do not give the pool combination or your swipe card to anyone who is not a member. • If you are the last to leave the pool, make sure that the pool gate is closed and the parking lot gate is locked.
	Pool & Tennis Court Rules The lifeguards on duty have full authority to enforce all rules and take whatever steps necessary to ensure the safety of all persons. This includes the authority to remove anyone from the pool premises. • The Pool & Tennis Gates must be closed at all times. • No weapons allowed in Pool Area or Tennis Courts. • No smoking. • No glass. • No running in the pool area. • No chewing gum. • No pets or bicycles allowed in pool area or tennis courts. • No alcohol to be consumed by anyone under 21 years of age. • Horseplay, pushing, or excessive splashing not permitted. • Profanity or improper language is not permitted. • Lifeguard stand is off limits. • Diving is only permitted in the deep end of the pool. • Only one person allowed on the diving board at one time. • Next diver can only jump when 1st person is cleared from water area in front of the board. • No playing, sitting or leaning on the rope. • Only lifeguards and pool personnel allowed in pump room. • Children under three (3) years of age are not allowed in pool without an adult. • Incontinent persons must wear a swimming diaper while in the pool. • No child under fourteen (14) years of age will be allowed inside pool unless accompanied by a responsible adult or sitter.
	A Few Key Reminders 1. When you leave the pool, please make sure all umbrellas are down and/or closed. 2. If you are the last to leave the pool for the day, please make sure the pool gate is closed and lock the gate to the parking lot. 3. Pool party requests will need to be made through Maria Gabor by emailing de2swimandtennis@gmail.com or calling at 216.905.2274. 4. Requests will need to be made a few weeks in advance in case lifeguards are needed. 5. Any violations of the pool rules will result in expulsion from the pool, and loss of Swim At Your Own Risk privileges. A second violation of the rules will result in a complete loss of all pool privileges.
	Swimming Pool We have a 35-foot by 75-foot, regulation, 5-lane swimming pool with diving board and a bath house. The pool is professionally operated by Sears Pool Management and is open mid-May to mid-September annually. Location: 2540 Dunwoody Club Drive Atlanta, GA 30350

	Tennis Court Reservations Members can now reserve tennis courts using Skedda, an online reservation system.
