Jill handled both the sale of my old home, and the purchase of my new place. I have known Jill for quite a few years, and we talked a few times about making a move, but I was always hesitant to do it. I was worried that it would take too long, and that I would lose money, and about a thousand other reasons to procrastinate. Once I finally made up my mind, Jill and her team went right to work. Her stager was very helpful, and her photographer and web people did a great job. We found a new home, and sold our house in record time. From the minute our house "went live" on her website, we had a steady stream of showings, and had an offer for exactly the price I had in mind in just four days! Both closings went absolutely smoothly. Jill is a fun, friendly, and effective person, with lots of skill, experience, and terrific industry connections to help with every aspect of buying, selling, and moving.
