Hello, My name is Sarah Taliaferro. I am the facility director here at Phoenix Rehabilitation. I have been practicing for over 2 decades so have vast experience with all of the diagnoses you would usually think of for physical therapy (orthopedic issues, post-operative rehabilitation and sport injuries). I am also skilled in pelvic floor dysfunction, vestibular issues, pregnancy and post-partum rehab, concussion management and dry needling.
