Gina Misticawi is a great instructor. She truly cares about keeping us healthy and fit while choosing exercises that challenge us, not hurt us. I am so glad I found her classes.
Fantastic classes and Gina is a great teacher. I feel great after each class-both Yoga and Stretch & Tone. Some of us have been taking classes with her for years, others are beginners. She knows how to work with all of us and does it with her wonderful smile.
This is a hidden gem! Gina\'s classes are challenging and fun. I have learned so much from her. She is fabulous!
These classes are wonderful. I have been taking classes with Gina for the past ten years at All Saints. She teaches yoga and Stretch & Tone classes in the Health Ministry Room. She is very knowledgeable and the classes are a great price. A nice group of people attend. Very non-intimidating.
I highly recommend Gina's classes at All Saints. I have been taking classes with her for a year now and every class is different and fun. The price is right and it's a quiet location.
