Distillery of Modern Art, an amalgamation of a distillery, gallery, event space, covered patio, and cocktail lounge, is hosting the next installment in their Cocktails & Conversation series, Live Art Drawing: Putting Pencil to Paper on Tuesday, July 26, from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. Guests are invited to join award-winning comics illustrators Dexter Vines and Georges Jeanty in an explorative discussion on how they got their start and journey to becoming award-winning artists, answer questions, and create new art on the spot that will be raffled off at the end of the evening. Momocon and Infinite Realities Comics, will also be at the event raffling off free prizes and selling work from the artists. Tickets are $15 per person and include a signature cocktail. Doors for the event open at 6 p.m. and seating is on a first come, first served basis. Attendees must be present to win raffle prizes.
