Fall is the most beautiful of seasons on the grounds of Dunwoody Park and if you’d like to take a bit of that beauty home with you, be sure to check out the Nature Center’s Fall Native Plant Sale. This selection of plants is hand picked by our Master Gardeners and all of them can be found throughout the grounds of Dunwoody Park. When you choose to add native plants to your landscape, you contribute to our local biodiversity (plus, all of the proceeds from the sale go towards the programs offered by the Center). This fall, the sale will also feature the whimsical yard art of Spruill Center instructor Kathy Walton (www.kathywaltonarts.com). Kathy’s art is created from totally recycled materials and will bring a smile to your face each time you see her work in your garden. Kathy’s pieces will be on display during the plant pickup dates of October 10th and 11th. Online ordering closes on Friday, September 26th. Plants can be picked up from the Nature Center on Friday, October 10th and Saturday, October 11th.
