More Than $8.4 million and Thousands of Hours of Service Given to Local Nonprofits
Alpharetta, Ga. – Attendees of eight Atlanta-area North Point Ministries churches are celebrating the results of their annual Be Rich generosity initiative including $8.4 million and thousands of service hours given to local and global nonprofits. Examples of the more than 200 nonprofits supported include Atlanta Mission and Habitat for Humanity Atlanta in Atlanta, North Fulton Community Charities and Amana Academy in Alpharetta, HomeStretch and Children’s Development Academy in Roswell, The Place of Forsyth and Family Promise in Cumming, Cherokee Family Violence Center in Cherokee, North Gwinnett Co-op of Buford, Good Samaritan Health Center of Cobb in Marietta, The Hope Center in Woodstock, and Friends of Refugees in Clarkson.
