Key Requirements:
– On-site Position in our Dunwoody, Georgia office location
– Minimum 5 years travel industry experience.
– Proficient in using sales and reservation software.
– Demonstrated sales experience with a customer service-oriented mindset.
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
– Foster and maintain client relationships to understand their travel preferences and requirements.
– Recommend and market travel packages, accommodations, and experiences customized to meet
customer expectations.
– Utilize product knowledge and industry insights to create personalized itineraries for clients.
– Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a
seamless travel experience.
– Stay updated on industry trends, emerging destinations, and travel products to present customers
