Georgia Governor, Nathan Deal, has scheduled a press conference for noon today at the State Capitol to outline state plans to handle an anticipated winter storm for north Georgia.
A winter storm warning has been issued for parts of the state beginning at 7 p.m. today. The Atlanta area is under a winter storm watch.
