Heritage Sandy Springs Presents “Haunted Sandy Springs”

 Sandy Springs, Ga, (October 9, 2017) – Heritage Sandy Springs announces the return of “Haunted Sandy Springs”, a night of eerie entertainment and education to be held on Friday, October 27 from 7:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. This FREE public event begins at the Williams-Payne House Garden Room (lower level of the Heritage Sandy Springs Museum) where guests can enjoy live music, psychic readings, fire pit & s’mores bar, and a special movie screening. Food and drinks will be available for purchase. Earn a free beverage by coming in full costume!

 

Brave souls can also walk with ghosts through historic Sandy Springs by participating in a tour of the Sandy Springs United Methodist Church Cemetery – the oldest in our city. Tours last approximately 60 minutes, covering half a mile of haunted history. Tour tickets are $15 per person. Tours will begin every 30 minutes (6 slots total) and are limited to 15 people per group; they WILL sell out! Some mature content; ages 16+ recommended. Children must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Tour tickets are not required in order to attend the festivities in the park.

The Williams-Payne House is located at 6075 Sandy Springs Circle. Free parking is available on Sandy Springs Place in designated lots.
