Kingswood United Methodist Church, located at Tilly Mill Road at North Peachtree Road, hosts is annual Trunk or Treat at 6:15 on Wednesday, October 24. Open to everyone in the community, children can “trick or treat” from car trunk to car trunk in a safe environment in the lower church parking lot. There will be games, costume contests for adults, and a car decorating contest. Families are encouraged to decorate the back of their cars for Halloween and pass out candy, but this isn’t required. Children should come dressed in Halloween costumes and bring a bag for collecting treats.
The church will serve a simple dinner in the gym before the event from 5:30–6:15, and all are welcome. The first 300 children will also receive a canvas bag to collect candy treats.
