“TO A MORAL CERTAINTY” A Film on the Resurrection
On Wednesday evening of Holy Week, April 13, at 7:00 p.m., Dunwoody United Methodist Church will show the soon-to–be-released movie, “To a Moral Certainty,” a film on the Resurrection of Jesus.
A lawyer gives his closing argument in a courtroom on behalf of the Christian Church following a trial on the evidence in support of the Resurrection. A jury deliberates on the only three ways Jesus’ body gets out of the tomb – by being stolen, or by Jesus getting out of it on his own, or by the miracle of the Resurrection.
The showing in the Fellowship Hall open to the public. A question and answer session with Church Clergy will follow the 35 minute film. DUMC member and Dunwoody resident Tom Bever plays the role of the trial lawyer.
