Office Manager

 

Alpha Commercial Roofing is looking for an experienced and highly organized Office Manager to join our team. We are a locally owned company and provide the highest quality commercial roofing solutions for properties all around Georgia and the Southeast.

The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office and ensuring smooth and efficient functioning. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proven track record in office management.

Duties:
* Research prospective clients using internet research and proprietary database
* Create, submit and follow up on Requests for Proposals (RPFs)
* Communicate with sales team and owners on a regular basis
* General bookkeeping using QuickBooks
* Provide excellent customer service to clients, contractors and subcontractors
* Assist with strategic marketing campaigns to build brand awareness
* Coordinate schedules for all projects
* Continuously update database with status changes
* Daily office and facility management

Requirements:
Proven experience in office management or a related administrative role
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in using office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
