The Chattahoochee Handweavers Guild (CHG) is having our annual Open House at the North DeKalb Cultural Center (also known as the Spruill Center) on Sunday, February 8, from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.
There will be demonstrations of different types of fiber arts, including, beginning weaving, children’s loom, spinning, knitting, felting and much more, as well as door prizes and light refreshments. Bring the entire family. We look forward to seeing you there!
CHG is a non-profit organization that welcomes everyone with a love of fiber arts. Weavers and other fiber artisans come from all parts of Georgia and many of the surrounding states to meet, exchange creative ideas, and get inspiration for their work. People with no experience learn about weaving and other fiber arts, and experienced artisans share their knowledge and grow together.
